HOLE-IN-ONE FOR DIANNE!

Congratulations to Dianne Wallace  who celebrated her first Hole-in-one  at the 9th on Lansdowne today!  Dianne was playing  SLGA Medal 12 with Jane Cameron and Joan Kirkwood.  This competition also happens to have a Hidden Partner, so we wonder who the  lucky partner will turn out to be. Dianne kept her concentration after  the Hole-in-one and  came storming home with a super 71.  Well done!

TURN UP AND PLAY 01/09/15

Turn Up and Play

Tuesday 1st September

Today, 11 ladies turned up to take part in the "Flag" competition organised by Avril Smith. Thankfully the weather forecasters got it wrong (again) and despite a few drops, no brollies were needed! The ladies were given 7/8ths handicap allowance added to the Rosemount par of 74. Once these shots were used up the flag was planted where the last shot was taken from. The little flags made their way around the course for a good distance, the first ones appearing at the 15th and the final 2 making it to the 17th green.

Congratulations go to:    Runner Up - Anne Henry and Winner - Elaine Smith
