LADIES ANNUAL MEETING - ONLINE VOTING

Ladies Annual Meeting - Online Voting Please be informed that voting for the proposed motions in line with the upcoming Ladies Annual Meeting will be available online from Wednesday 26th September at 12noon until Wednesday 10th October at 12noon.  If you do not intend to be there on the evening and you wish to vote, please ensure you register your votes within this time frame. Voting can only be accessed by full lady members via the website by going to the “Members area” tab and then selecting “Vote online” at the bottom of the third column.   You will be asked to enter your 4 digit card number as well as your email address.  This is required to ensure only those eligible to vote are able to do so.  Once you have entered and submitted your votes you will not be able to access this again.
