The weather is interfering with our golf - as I write this the course is closed because of snow and ice - and Covid is interrupting our planned social events!
With the current advice surrounding indoor events, I think it is prudent to delay our Monday morning get-togethers, which I had hoped would get underway from mid-January. However, I have agreed with Neil Cameron that he will come and give putting tips and advice on Monday 31st January at 10.30am in the Dining Room. All lady members are invited to attend this event, but please bear in mind that social-distancing must be observed and face-coverings must be worn when standing up or moving around. Also, it would be sensible to observe other suggested measures of taking a lateral flow test before attending and using sanitisers whilst in the club house.
Hopefully, other social events will go ahead, providing that no further restrictions are imposed - watch this space!
