The Beginners Bridge sessions organised by Margaret Hunter and Noreen Fordyce commenced on Tuesday 25th October and have operated weekly thereafter. They were aimed at ladies who hadn't played bridge before, to give them an introduction to the game.
Some eight ladies have attended on a regular basis. It has been great fun, there has been much laughter and at times much confusion. Some of us have found it more challenging than others (me included!). However, we now all have a much better understanding of the game, well at least the basics! Our sincere thanks go to Margaret and Noreen, together with their helper Maureen Reid for giving up their valuable time, it was much appreciated.

CALLING EXPERIENCED BRIDGE PLAYERS!
Margaret has asked me to let you know that the afternoon Bridge sessions will commence again on Tuesday 10th January. These will be held in the dining room from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
