The following notice has been issued to lady members by email and is also posted on the notice board in the Ladies locker room. The draft minutes of the 2025 Annual Meeting are available on the Club Website and in the locker room. Copies of the Minutes will not be circulated at the Meeting.

LADIES ANNUAL MEETING
TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY 9th OCTOBER 2026
COMMENCING AT 6:00pm IN THE DINING ROOM
The following Lady Members have been nominated to serve on the Ladies Committee for 2026/2027:
Ladies Captain: Louise Luke- Proposed by Heather Dawson and Seconded by Fiona Johnston
Committee Members:
Eileen Brown – Proposed by Louise Luke and Seconded by Morna Bell
Morna Bell and Marion Kay will retire from the Committee having served two years. Fiona Johnston will serve a further year.
No other nominations have been received.

Fiona Edwards A proposal to introduce a Hybrid Winter league. Competition would remain over the first twelve holes but those who wish to play 18 holes would tee off first at the earlier time slots
