Well, another eternity has passed but there is a glimmer of hope that we might all get back to golfing again at the end of May or beginning of June. You will all have heard from the Club with the rules governing play once we are eased from lockdown. I am sure you will be happy to abide by them just so long as we get out on the courses! I think we can just about remember what it looks like - can you guess where the undernoted is?
Stay safe and keep your fingers crossed!!

5th May
And today was such a lovely day for our Ladies Invitation Day and such a pity we couldn't see it enjoyed!
Thinking forward, as the Jacques Leglise and Junior Vagliano competitions have been cancelled by the R & A, I asked the office to have the ladies medal, scheduled in our fixtures for Thursday 27th August, to be played Friday 28th on Rosemount. One for the diary and hopefully we will once again be back playing some competitions by then.
I attach a photograph taken by Dave near the greenkeepers' shed this afternoon whilst he was having a walk. It seems the wildlife and deer are also enjoying a peaceful time.
Stay well and stay safe at home.
