The Annual Meeting of the Blairgowrie Ladies' Section took place at the Red House Hotel, Coupar Angus, on Friday 15th October with 75 ladies attending and 34 who tendered their apologies. Captain Muriel MacPherson handed over the captaincy to Sandy Bushby who is joined by Jean Laburn as Vice Captain. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Muriel for all her hard work over the years that she has been on the committee at Blairgowrie. We must also thank her other half Ian for all his help behind the scenes as well as with the excellent quiz night and Ladies' Tri-Am.We also say goodbye to three committee members Barbara Lyburn, Norma Fleming and Kathy Cameron who have also come to the end of their term and thank them as well for all the contributions they have made to the ladies' section. Taking their place will be Jacqui Landsburgh, Anne King and Gillian Wallace who was subsequently co-opted by the committee.
