The AGM on Thursday 2nd December, will now be held in the lounge at Blairgowrie Golf Club and NOT at the High School as previously advertised. The AGM will commence at 7.30pm, which is half an hour later than originally planned, allowing time for those who are unaware of the venue change, to arrive on time for the beginning of the meeting.
Currently the A94 and A93 are clear of snow; Golf Course Road is passable with care, but in better condition than Beeches Road, which is outside the High School. The current road conditions would dictate it is advisable to enter Golf Course Road from the A93 if possible, though not essential.
Whilst this message has been circulated to all members on the e-mail distribution list, it would be appreciated if you would please advise other members you know of this venue change.

Golf in the Snow Friday 26th November 2010
Despite the snow, nine ladies turned up to play golf today. Pictured above is Louise Whitehead on the 17th of Lansdowne. All the fairways and greens were covered in snow and the putting was certainly very challenging. It was decided that the conditions were not quite right for the Winter League and so everybody put a £1.00 in for a fun sweep. The Silver winner was Lesley Findlay with a nett 48 and the Bronze winner was Louise Whitehead with a nett 49. Well done to everybody who came out to play.
