Our Fixtures should be available shortly. Please remember that we have different handicap divisions i.e. Division 1 (Gold) (1 - 20.4) Division 2 (Silver) (20.5 - 36.4) and Division 3 (Bronze) (36.5 - 54)
The Columbine Cup (Senior Gents v Ladies) is to be played on Thursday, 8th April over both courses. Last year, the cost for the ladies for this match was £20 payable on the day. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we were unable to play this match in 2020 – we certainly hope we will manage it this year. At present, with the Clubhouse being closed, it is not possible to put an entry sheet on the notice board so therefore if you wish to enter, would you please note to email me at margaretkerr0748@gmail.com – we need 20 ladies with two or three names as reserves.
The following are all online under Opens in the club website –
5-Day Open – This year the ladies are included. This
individual Open is to played on Lansdowne and the entry fee for a Blairgowrie member will be £55 with a non-member paying
£115 - commencing on Sunday, 1st
August. The first day is for practice and
Monday, 2nd August will be the start of the competition days.
Ladies Texas Scramble to be played on Lansdowne on Tuesday 7th September. Teams of 4 at a cost of £60 per team.
With the amount of snow and ice still covering the courses, I cannot see us being able to play for another couple of weeks so we will all just have to grin and bear it. It was a very long January!!
