Back by popular demand, Neil Cameron will be running his Ladies group coaching sessions commencing on Monday 6 March 2023 and these will run for six continuous weeks. You can view the dates and times and sign up now on the noticeboard on the landing outside the locker rooms. Groups are restricted to a maximum of nine people. The cost for a block of six lessons is £36 which Neil requests as a cash or cheque payment before the 31 January. These lessons are always popular and are already booking up fast, so don't delay!
