Blairgowrie members Katy Alexander, Brenda Clough and Jillian Milne qualified for the Perth and Kinross Championship knockout rounds. Katy managed to get through to the quarterfinals but unfortunately lost to L. Campbell of Pitlochry. Well done to our members for qualifying.

Good morning ladies. A quick note to assist you access the draw for this event, should you have not visited the club lately to see the draw, which is posted in the locker room.
1. Go into The Blairgowrie Golf Club website as normal.
2. Click on Opens.
3. Scroll down to Invitationals and click.
4. Scroll down to under the Picture and you will find the Ladies Invitational Day Draw. Click to open.
5.If you have any problems accessing the draw, please contact the office for your times or as stated previously, view in the ladies locker room in the Clubhouse.

FROM THE MATCH SECRETARY
CALEDONIA (CARNOUSTIE) v. BLAIRGOWRIE
Lady captain on the day, Margaret Hunter reported that the team expected a tough test at Carnoustie, playing against Carnoustie Caledonia Ladies on the magnificent Championship Course. The outcome was as predicted. The course was in great condition, with fast greens, but the challenge come from the intense gale-force winds, blasting in from the mountains, accompanied by the odd shower of rain and hailstones.
The result was 2.5 to 1.5 to Carnoustie Caledonia, with every game being keenly contested, with putts deciding the evenual winners.
