Heather Anderson has been selected to represent Scotland in the 6 person team to play at the European Senior Ladies Team Championship to be held at Dun Laoghaire GC, Ireland from 1-4 September. Congratulations to Heather and we wish her all the best.

CHEQUE FROM GOLFERS TO MACMILLAN CANCER

At Blairgowrie Golf Club, Liz Fertacz, lady captain, handed over a cheque for £1030.50 to Neil Kennedy, East of Scotland fund-raising manager, Macmillan Cancer Support. The money was raised at a fashion show held at a ladies' get together in the clubhouse, with fashions from Ella Allan, of Ella's Ladies' Fashion Boutique of Dunkeld. Ladies' Match Against Edzell

Blairgowrie Ladies played their match against Edzell at Edzell on Monday. An enjoyable day was had by all but unfortunately Blairgowrie lost. However, we all had a lovely meal afterwards. We were so impressed with our pudding that we had to take a picture of it!
