Ladies, in my anxiety to make sure everything went smoothly on Lady Captain's Day yesterday, I completely forgot to give out the Prize Vouchers to the Winners! What can I say? I do apologise and assure all the Winners your Vouchers will be with you next week. The little prizes I presented were simply additional personal gifts from me.
Thank you all for supporting me on Lady Captain's Day and supporting my charity "Help for Heroes".

LADIES SUNDOWNER TUESDAY 25TH JUNE
There is a sign-up sheet in the Locker Room for the Ladies Sundowner on Tuesday 25th June, starting at 4.42pm, on BOTH courses. This is a FUN event. You can sign up on line if you will not be at the Club this week, but please be aware you might not be on the course you signed up for, as a Draw will be done. We use both courses so that we all come in together.
There will be a light supper (£7.50) after golf. Last year we managed 9 holes before it poured, and we all came off, so hopefully this year the weather will be kinder and provide some flaming June sunshine.

CAPTAIN'S BARBECUE 15/06/2013
Lady Captain Vike Brown makes her selection..... |
The SOLD OUT signs were up for the Captain's Barbecue on Saturday 15th June and what a grand night it turned out to be. The weather was kind to Paul and his team as they served up tasty burgers, sausages, pork chops and chicken kebabs in the evening sun. Our appetites satisfied we had the chance to dance off our indulgences to the music of Lateshift.
Many thanks to Liz Fertacz, our social convener, for organising a highly successful evening.
** REMINDER **
The Ladies Invitational Tri-am takes place next Sunday, June 23rd. For a late entry please phone GILLIAN WALLACE on 07798 631898
