RESULTS FIRST WINTER LEAGUE ON ROSEMOUNT

Thirty three ladies participated in the first Winter League on Rosemount today. We were fortunate to have a lovely sunny but chilly day. Due to the morning frost some of the holes had to be played on winter greens which made putting a wee bit of a challenge. Once all the players came in, Captain Meriel Walker welcomed everyone and also introduced two new members Ruth Kerr and Claire Bidwell. She then presented prizes to the winners. The results are as follows:

Division 1

1st Muriel McPherson 49-09=40

2nd Sheila Bruce 53-11=42

3rd Sandy Bushby 49-6=43

Division 2

1st Doreen Johnston 56-16=40

2nd Anne Spence 58-16=42

3rd Sheila Ridgway 59-16=43
