It gives me great pleasure to announce that Blairgowrie ladies WON their match against Dunbracken yesterday 3-2 on Rosemount. We were up against a very tough team who won the Scottish section in 2023 so we were thrilled that we were triumphant !!
We were also incredibly lucky with the weather in that the forecast was horrendous, but thankfully it didn't turn out that way with a bit of drizzle for a short period of time. Although the game was competitive, we all very much enjoyed the company of our opponents who were very friendly.
Soup and sandwiches were provided in the dining room post golf where we discussed our matches and got to know each other a bit better before the results were announced. I presented some gifts from the club to the Dunbracken ladies.
