A Winter League was established in 2021 with the aim of encouraging friendly competition
between lady members of the participating clubs during the winter months.
In 2023, following two successful years, the founding member clubs of Anstruther, Blairgowrie,
Crail, Ladybank and St Michaels agreed that this would become an annual competition with
matches, 2 home and 2 away, taking place between 1st October and 31st March (no fixtures
during December).
A salver is presented to the winning club at the Annual Meeting, which is
held each July.
In 2024 Ladybank unfortunately withdrew from the league due to difficulties in being able to
commit to fielding a full team. They have been replaced by Earlsferry Thistle and Dunfermline have also joined the league.
A sign-up sheet for the 2024-25 season has been placed on the notice board in the ladies’
locker room; the schedule is:

Teams of six will compete in a 4-ball better ball format. Soup and sandwiches will be served
after the game, at a cost of £9.50.
Ladies of all abilities are encouraged to participate (a maximum course handicap of 36 will be
applied). If you are interested in playing in the team please add your name to the sign-up
